What makes a great screen ad
- 7 words or fewer. One message, one offer.
- Big, bold text and strong contrast — think readable from across the street.
- Your logo + one way to reach you (website, phone or address).
- Landscape format. Image (JPG/PNG) or a short video (MP4) under 50 MB.

Common questions
Where will my ad be seen?
Our car drives busy routes across London, Ontario — downtown, shopping areas, main roads and events. Tell us your target area when you book and we'll plan routes around it.
What can I put on the screen?
An image or a short video. Landscape works best. Keep the message short and the text large — people have a few seconds to read it. Our team reviews every ad before it goes live.
I don't have an ad. Can you make one?
Yes. Tick "Help me design my ad" when you book, or message us from your dashboard. Our design team will help you put it together.
How do I pay?
Pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (secured by Stripe), or by Interac e-Transfer. You get a receipt by email and in your account.
When does my ad start?
Once payment is in and your ad is approved, we schedule your start date — usually within 2 business days. You pick your preferred start date when booking.
How do I know my ad is running?
Your dashboard shows the status, days left and daily reports from our drivers: hours on screen, kilometres driven and areas covered.
Can I change my ad during a campaign?
Yes. Upload a new version from your dashboard. We review it and swap it in, usually the same or next business day.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Pay for the package you choose. Renew whenever you like.
